Aesthete Photography (“we”, “us”, “I”) is a newborn and maternity photography studio in Northwest Houston, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit aesthetephotography.net, contact us or book a session, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a message, book a session or fill in a questionnaire, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, due date or baby’s date of birth, baby’s name, and anything you choose to share about your session (for example color preferences, birth weight or medical notes you want us to know about).
Booking and payment information. Bookings, invoices, contracts and online galleries are handled through Pixieset. Payments are processed by Pixieset’s payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. If we add Google Analytics, it collects similar usage information.

- To send booking confirmations, reminders, invoices and your online gallery

- To keep business, tax and legal records
Your photographs
Your images are delivered through a private online gallery. We may share a small selection of session images in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media. If you would prefer that your images not be shared, just let us know before or after your session and we will respect that. We do not publish your baby’s full name or birth details without your permission.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their work:
- Pixieset, for booking, payments, contracts, questionnaires and online galleries
- Hostinger, which hosts this website
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel
- Our email provider, to send and receive messages
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Cookies and advertising choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences. If Google Analytics is in use, you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for parents and families and is not directed to children under 13. We collect information about babies and children only from their parents or guardians, and only to provide our photography services.
How long we keep information
We keep client information for as long as needed to provide your session and gallery, and as required for business, tax and legal records. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us at aesthetephotography@aol.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for payments and galleries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
